Graphical Models and Their Applications in Data Analysis

This is a research paper I wrote at the end of my undergraduate degree. The paper investigates a broad range of graphical models with applications, ranging from Bayesian networks, Gaussian mixture models, Restricted Boltzmann Machines to particle filtering methods. Among other things, the paper applies these algorithms to texture synthesis and object tracking. Hopefully is very instructive to new machine learning students.
